Closing timelines vary based on title, financing, legal review, and documentation. Most deals close within 14–30 days from accepted offer to wire transfer. Cash deals on land or simple residential can close in as little as 7–10 days. Business acquisitions with due diligence typically run 30–45 days.
What if my property has tenants or my business has employees? +
No problem. Tenant-occupied properties and businesses with active employees are evaluated daily. We respect existing leases and prefer to retain key employees post-acquisition. Tell us the situation in your submission and we'll structure around it.
